This time of year can be tough for many with the holidays looming and loved ones unable to gather due to COVID-19. It’s a great time to discover what inspires you and employ that to keep your spirits high despite it all. Inspirations are deeply personal, and what mentally stimulates one may be pure pablum to another. I encourage you to look ahead to what’s to come. With the new year comes new opportunities, focus on the things you can control and make peace with those you can’t. Be reminded that anything that costs you your peace carries a price far too high to pay. Leave disappointments in 2020 and don’t look back.
Tell yourself 2021 is going to be great and it will be…make it so! Make new friends and cherish the old, one is silver the other more precious than gold. Be kind…to yourself. It starts there.
